Faces & Places Tri-County Community Tri-County Community Action Inc. will hold a public meeting on Community Services Block Grant for the fiscal year 2008, Jan. 30 at 10 a.m., 205 E. Main St., in Kirbyville. East Texas Art League The East Texas Art League will have their sixth annual membership show opening Feb. 2 with a reception from 2 - 4 p.m. in the Arts Center, 364 N.
