      Jessica Maria Arias Belizario and Crystal Masaquaptewa- Arias of Jasper announce the birth of their daughter, Jessica Maria, born Jan. 30 at 2:01 p.m. at Christus Jasper Memorial Hospital. She weighed 8 pounds 9 1/2 ounces and was 20 1/2 inches long.

Federal cases in East Texas resolved
Sentences to be handed down
      Texarkana Bank Robbery United States Attorney John L. Ratcliffe announced that a 49-year-old Queen City man has pleaded guilty to federal charges in the Eastern District of Texas. Matthew Billing Schlatre pleaded guilty to bank robbery yesterday before United States District Judge David Folsom.
