Clark promoted to sergeant with Highway Patrol

Beau Clark, formerly of Jasper, has been promoted by the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Clark, who had been a trooper III with the Texas Highway Patrol in Pineland, was promoted to sergeant with the Highway Patrol and is now stationed in Center.
