JHS band winners advance to state

Jasper High School band members competed at solo and ensemble and had some students earn first division and some advance to state.

These students earned first division:

Flute - Paulete Palmer; clarinet - Andrew Kier; trumpets - Justin Martindale, Matthew Bean, and Isaac Henderson.

These students earned first division and have advanced to state:

Flutes - Ashlyne Balusek, Holly Dougharty, Rebekah Henderson, Terren Moon, Sarah Wade, Kenzi Lacy; saxophones - Colton Smith, Kendric Garmon, Trey Faircloth, Jackie O'Brien; and French horn - Ruth Henderson.
