Napoleon saves the day
THE SABINE NECHES WRITERS GUILD celebrated their newest published author, Katie Moak, who wrote a children's tale about animals who survive a hurricane by taking care of each other. All the the animals are based on real critters who came to stay with the Moaks during Hurricane Rita.
