Library seeks donations for semi-annual book sale

The Jasper Woman's Civic Club will again sponsor the book sale in the Jasper Fire Hall to benefit the Jasper Public Library during Azalea Fest, March 15, according to Margie Saulsbury, sale organizer.

The library is currently accepting donations of gently used books, magazines, encyclopedias, book on CD and tape, DVD's and videos. The library on Water St. is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

The Jasper Friends of the Library will hold their semi-annual membership drive on Friday, March 14, at the Jasper Fire Hall from 5 - 7 p.m. Friends will also have first chance to preview the book sale.
