C.J. Garsee headlines at Redbud

The 36th Annual Redbud Festival begins March 8 with a parade at 10 a.m. The festival is at the high school grounds; at least 100 craft vendors and more 25 food vendors will be open all day.

Childrens's activities include the carnival rides by Wagner's Carnival. Nashville recording artist C.J. Garsee will take the main stage with the Twansgters Union Band for a Redbud style concert at noon. Local performer Jeff McKusker is on from 1 - 3:30 p.m.

The Redbud Festival Military Salute Balloon release will be at the front campus at 3 p.m. The annual Miss Buna Pageant in the Buna Activity Center begins at 7 p.m. and Redbud Rodeo at the Buna Bridle Club at 8 p.m.
