A June Wedding to Look Forward To

Mr. and Mrs. Rick Terrell of West Columbia are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Lindsey Lauren of Carrollton, to George Lanier Buckmaster of Carrollton, son of Mr. and Mrs. Billy Buckmaster of Jasper. Lindsey is the granddaughter of the late William and Lena Terrell and Ed Fouty of Dayton and the late Lena Fouty. George is the grandson of the late George and Mildred Lanier and the late Cecil and Wilma Buckmaster.

Lindsey is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in communications, emphasis in public relations. She currently works as an Account Executive at BlueCurrent Public Relations in Dallas. George also graduated from Texas A&M and earned his degree in electrical engineering with a minor in business. He is employed as a Sales Engineer with Johnson Controls in Las Colinas. Lindsey and George met while attending Texas A&M through a mutual friend.

George surprised Lindsey with a proposal at a winery in Grapevine on Saturday, April 21, 2007. Some of her closest friends from home and the Dallas area joined in the surprise and celebration.

The wedding is planned for June 7, 2008, at the First Presbyterian Church in Galveston. A reception will follow at the Trolley Station Ballroom on The Strand. George and Lindsey would like to thank their family and friends for all of the well wishes and support as they prepare to begin this exciting new phase in their lives.
