'Educate Your Palate' at KHS Operation Graduation Elijah's Café in Kirbyville will host a night of sampling tasty fare Monday, March 31, from 4 p.m. until close. All profits and tips will support Operation Graduation at Kirbyville High School. "Operation Graduation provides a drug/alcohol free lock-in for seniors to celebrate their achievement in a safe environment," according to organizers of the event.
