KCISD students designed Magnolia Festival shirts

The 23rd annual Magnolia Festival will be held April 18 - 19 in Kirbyville. The theme is "Mardi Gras at the Park." The Wagner Carnival rides will be April 16 - 19. Pre-sale tickets begin April 1.

The parade marshall is Kirbyville School District Superintendent and Superintendant of the Year, Dr. Joe Burns. Food and craft booths, entertainment under the pavilion, a talent contest, pet show, and classic cars will be some of the attractions at the festival.

Art students at Kirbyville high school and junior high drew the t-shirt design. Shirts are now on sale ; call the Magnolia Festival office at 423-6500 Mon.-Fri. between 4:30 - 8:30 p.m.
