Jasper County Sheriff's most wanted:

Lt. Paul Tomplait says that citizen involvement has helped the Jasper County Sheriff's Department solve criminal investigations and make arrests, and hopes by publishing a most wanted list, that more people will assist.

 

He is asking for information on the whereabouts of six people.

"Information could earn you a cash reward," according to Tomplait's Fugitive Watch flyer.

People can report the information to Crime Stoppers at 409 724-TIPS (8477). The report can even be anonymous; the informant will be assigned a number, to allow him or her to claim a reward (up to $500).

Citizens are cautioned not to attempt to apprehend any individual themselves. They can also call the sheriff's office directly at 384-5417.
