JASPER CHAPTER 291 Order of the Eastern Star presented "Hounded" by local author Clifford Neal to the Jasper Junior High School Library. Fay Childress, Iva Hamilton, Mary Rogers and Wanda Weaver (not pictured) presented Librarian Linda Mattox and assistant Nora Alford the book.
