IN THE SURREY with the fringe on top - enjoy the Kentucky Derby fundraiser put on by the Woman's Civic Club tomorrow, April 10 at 11:30 a.m., at Glorianna Farms on Springhill Road. The event includes buggy tours, lunch, an art show and sale, a silent auction, and a prize for the best hat. Retired tax assessor Robert Pace and wife Janice will supply the buggy.
