Classic offers discounted tickets to TPWD licenses

The Toyota Texas Bass Classic, a Professional Anglers Association sanctioned event, is offering discounted tickets to all Texas fishing and hunting license holders. The team competition benefits the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department (TPWD). It will feature the biggest names in professional angling for three days of Tournament fishing and Trace Adkins headlining an all-star country music lineup. The Tournament is held April 18 - 20.

"The Toyota Texas Bass Classic is committed to TPWD and their conservation efforts," said Tournament Director Lenny Francoeur. "Our donation to TPWD goes a long way to this effort, but we also wanted to make a special offer available to the thousands of Texas outdoor enthusiasts that already enjoy the wonderful resources of TPWD and support conservation through being licensed hunters and anglers."

All Texas fishing and hunting license holders can purchase three-day ticket books for $10 by calling 1- 866-907-0143. Proceeds from ticket sales go towards a $250,000 donation to TPWD.
