Shelby County to host DETCOG board meeting

The Deep East Texas Council of Governments (DETCOG) Board of Directors will hold their April meeting at the Pineywoods Outreach Center in Center, Texas. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 24. A luncheon will be served at noon with the board meeting to follow immediately after the meal. In addition to the board meeting, a grants application review committee meeting will be held at 11:30 a.m. at the center.

Welcoming members and guest to Shelby County will be County Judge, John Tomlin; the Mayor of Center, John Windham; County Clerk, Allison Harbison and Minority Representative, Baby Lou Gardner.
