On April 3rd, 2008 Wal-Mart and Pepsi made donations to 12 area Little Leagues totaling $22,000. Jasper Youth Baseball received a $2,000 donation as part of the program. Larry Dierker was on hand and spoke to all of the coaches, parents and youth that were in attendance.
