Candidates have until next week to run annoucements

Candidates wishing to announce their candidacy for the May 10 elections have until next week's issue to run their free announcment.

City council and school board positions will be up for election during the May 10 election.

All announcements should be accompanied by a photo and may be edited for length.

No announcements will be run after the April 23 issue.
