Bathrooms need help at ballpark
By BOBBIE WARNER Brookeland

My daughter and her family and I travel to just about all of the out of town baseball games and in all of the school's baseball fields the bathrooms are clean, have plenty of tissue, paper towels, and soap to wash your hands.

When you walk into the bathrooms at the baseball fields here, it is disgusting! The bathrooms have graffiti all over the walls, they stink, they are nasty, no paper towel or soap to wash hands, no tissue in the stalls, and sometimes the toilets are full and won't flush.

There is always tissue and dead bugs, and paper/trash on the floors and in the corners. I have seen some people leave and go to the bathrooms at Whataburger or McDonald's rather than set foot in these filthy, stinking bathrooms.

It is a shame to let people who visit here see our facilities in this condition. Are we not embarrassed to let them see us this way?

It only takes a little paint, clorox, and some elbow grease to present our bathrooms in a little bit better light. Letters to editor
