Hardin to speak at KUMC breakfast

The Kirbyville Methodist men will have their nondenominational fellowship breakfast May 14 at 7 a.m. in the fellowship hall of Kirbyville United Methodist Church with guest speaker John D. Hardin. The Victory in Jesus Singers will provide the messages in song.

Hardin is the long time pastor of the Mount Olive Baptist Church in Jasper.

Hardin received his bachelor degree from Texas College, his masters degree from Praire View A&M and a beginning doctorate from Baylor. He served in the U.S. Navy, taught in schools and is still teaching the Jasper School District.
