Few lists winners of Olympic Field Day Few Primary's first and second graders used their athletic talents in April at their Annual Few Olympic Field Day. Students rotated through over 30 stations, competing in their individual classes, for the title of Field Day Champions. Winners this year are Mrs. Burton's first grade class and Mrs. Jeansonne's second grade class. In the 50 meter dash students competed against each other. Below are the winners: First grade boys: Third place - Tyler Brown, second place - Kenneth Holmes, and tied for first William Bluitt and Tamauzia Brown. First grade girls: Fourth place - Bailey Bowers, third place, Tatyana Rawls, second place, ShaDiamond Hadnot, and first place Destini Levette. Second grade boys: Fourth place - Jamichael Stealing, third place - Leontay Sells, second place - Lyndon Poore, and first place - Reese Durand. Second grade girls: Fourth place - Jenna Wolfford, third place - Ezra Lovett, second place - Shatay Sears, and first place - Julie Carter (fastest time overall students). This years medals were donated by Mark Durand and the Christus Memorial Hospital. Jamie White, Coach Mixon, and Coach Brooks helped and allowed the National Honor Society, Student Council, FFCLA, baseball and football team to volunteer from the high school for the Few Olympics Day. The high school students help to make the Few Field Day possible. |
